Entry Level Finance Specialist

Location: Pensacola, Florida; hybrid work with onsite and remote components

Salary: $23.00 per hour

What you will do

• Monitor, document, and evaluate service interactions for consistency, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide standardized feedback, recognize performance, and identify coaching and training opportunities.
• Detect and report potential fraud, abuse, procedural issues, and automated system concerns.
• Analyze quality results and member journeys to provide insights and recommendations to management.
• Review quality processes and internal controls, assess changes, and recommend improvements that increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Build relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders and support assigned projects.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Associate’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• Knowledge of company systems, procedures, policies, operations, and federal regulations.
• Strong communication, research, problem-solving, active listening, and judgment skills.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and projects.
• Experience supervising, leading, training, and developing employees.
