Salary: $25–$35 per hour

What you will do

Process and enter financial data accurately and efficiently.
Perform routine financial calculations and operational tasks.
Prepare reports and conduct data reviews.
Maintain accurate records and resolve discrepancies.
Communicate with internal teams to support daily operations.
Assist with additional projects and duties as needed.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 2 years of office or administrative experience preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities.

Nice to have

Coursework in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
