Senior Product Manager (Collision)

Location: Remote within the United States; travel up to 20% to meet customers.

What you will do

• Manage relationships with multiple large multi-shop collision operator accounts as a trusted product partner.
• Coordinate and negotiate across Sales, Support, Implementation, Engineering, and User Experience.
• Translate customer insight, market research, and data into product roadmaps and user stories.
• Shape marketplace capabilities across catalog, pricing, search, and transaction workflows.
• Explore artificial intelligence opportunities such as automated matching, dynamic pricing, and predictive analytics.
• Track adoption, conversion, retention, and gross merchandise value while leading go-to-market activities for new initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of enterprise business-to-business software product management experience.
• Proven success managing multiple large enterprise accounts simultaneously.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to lead without direct authority.
• Experience with ecommerce or marketplace products.
• Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, and architecture tradeoffs.
• Experience with Agile practices, artificial intelligence tools, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Automotive industry experience, especially collision repair or parts procurement.
• Experience presenting strategy to executive leadership.
• Experience mentoring other product managers.
