Senior Technical Program Manager (AI)

Location: San Francisco, with three days per week in the office

Salary: $150,000–$240,000 USD base salary per year

What you will do

• Connect AI/ML, Issues Platform, Product Design, and Ingest roadmaps into a shared delivery plan.
• Sequence platform capabilities, product features, and design work while managing dependencies and integration risks.
• Coordinate ownership, decisions, commitments, release readiness, staged rollouts, evaluations, eligibility, and access requirements.
• Build a lightweight change-readiness process covering partner notifications, documentation, support preparation, and release updates.
• Provide clear visibility into progress, risks, dependencies, decisions, and next steps for teams and leadership.
• Help shape the practices of hirify.global’s early technical program management function.

Requirements

• Experience leading complex technical programs from problem definition through launch.
• Experience coordinating delivery across multiple engineering teams with separate roadmaps and leadership.
• Technical understanding of design proposals, architectural tradeoffs, integration risks, and downstream effects.
• Experience managing dependencies, mitigating risks, and adapting plans as conditions change.
• Experience creating or improving processes that teams adopted and sustained.
• Strong written communication and experience building alignment across engineering, product, and design.

Nice to have

• Experience shipping AI/ML or LLM-backed features, including evaluations, quality checks, and staged rollouts.
• Experience coordinating product design and engineering work.
• Experience with data pipelines, ingestion, or streaming infrastructure.
• Experience building developer tools or technical B2B products.
• Experience improving release communication across engineering, documentation, and support.
