Senior Analyst / Assistant Manager - Data Analytics (Supply Chain) (MedTech)

Location: Hybrid role based in Bayan Lepas, Penang, Malaysia

What you will do

• Provide data-driven insights for supply chain operational and business decision-making.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Finance/Controlling, and other stakeholders.
• Develop performance reports, dashboards, KPI frameworks, and regional reporting solutions.
• Define the SCM analytics strategy, reporting roadmap, data quality governance, and reporting controls.
• Lead regional performance management, business reviews, and cross-functional improvement initiatives.
• Support automation, digitalisation, reporting standardisation, and team capability development through coaching and mentoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Power BI or SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Experience working with large datasets and developing KPI performance reports and dashboards.
