What you will do

• Ensure data integrity throughout data processing.
• Verify the accuracy and validity of processed data.
• Investigate and resolve quality issues raised by supervisors or clients.
• Maintain effective communication with local, regional, and global colleagues.
• Suggest process improvements to increase work efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to regional and global company standards.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, multitask, and think rationally under pressure.
• Good command of spoken and written Mandarin is required.
• Strong computer skills, interest in internet research, and attention to detail.
• Positive working attitude and ability to build relationships with internal, external, and cross-functional stakeholders.
