Finance & Data Intern, Spring 2027

Location: On-site in Anaheim, California, United States. Full-time internship from January 2027 through June 2027, with approximately 40 hours per week. Candidates must provide their own housing and reliable transportation.

Salary: $23.00 per hour.

Company

Operations Finance supports the financial and business affairs of the domestic Disney Experiences segment.

What you will do

• Collaborate with Operations Finance and Revenue Management teams to provide data, analytics, and actionable business insights.
• Generate reporting and ad-hoc analyses of historical and current data.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities across multiple lines of business.
• Create and maintain data visualization dashboards using Power BI or similar tools.
• Contribute to the development and optimization of data processes and workflows.

Requirements

• Microsoft Excel and VBA or Power Query skills.
• SQL and Tableau or Power BI experience.
• Experience with at least one analytical tool such as R or Python.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, taking at least one class at the time of application, or participating in an eligible Disney program.
• At least 18 years old, available full-time for the entire internship, and authorized to work without restrictions in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience creating PowerPoint presentations with business recommendations or analysis findings.
• Experience with statistical modeling or forecasting.
• Junior or senior standing with coursework in analytics, business, finance, industrial engineering, economics, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
