Strategic MBA Finance Intern (AI)

Location: San Diego, California; hybrid work at an hirify.global office determined by the team and role. Relocation stipend provided.

Base pay: $48–$54/hour.

hirify.global is a global financial technology platform whose products include TurboTax, Credit Karma, QuickBooks, and Mailchimp.

What you will do

• Drive strategic initiatives for the Consumer Group in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
• Build effective business partnerships and support priority initiatives.
• Optimize month-end close and other key financial processes.
• Develop structured financial analyses that deliver data-driven insights and support business decisions.
• Contribute to growth and financial outcomes for the TurboTax product group.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an MBA program with an emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for the full internship duration.
• Experience with SQL, Python, and data analytics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and GSuite, especially Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, attention to detail, and independent and collaborative working skills.
• Ability to synthesize information into insightful recommendations and familiarity with AI tools.
