Data & Analytics Office Intern

Location: Chicago, IL, United States; ten-week internship program.

Salary: $35.00 USD per hour

What you will do

• Work with product designers and UX researchers to improve user experiences across digital platforms.
• Support product management, agile delivery, and marketplace development for enterprise data products.
• Assist with policy development, metadata management, and data quality initiatives.
• Contribute to model development, data science projects, and business insights.
• Support change initiatives, stakeholder engagement, program delivery, organizational design, and operating model transformation.

Requirements

• Be pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant business, technology, data, design, policy, or social science discipline.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and Summer 2028.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Demonstrated analytical, data interpretation, problem-solving, critical thinking, strategic thinking, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• Interest in financial markets and financial services.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
