Salary: $23–$30 per hour, depending on location, qualifications, projected graduation year, and highest degree held.

What you will do

• Support business development initiatives across North American reinsurance, including market research, competitive analysis, client strategy, and client engagement.
• Contribute to investor engagement, fundraising, market analysis, and business development projects within Alternative Capital Partners.
• Support risk consulting projects through data analysis, market research, analytical problem solving, and client deliverables.
• Work with large datasets to improve client data quality, streamline processes, and support reporting and operational efficiency.
• Contribute to data analysis, automation, dashboard development, and reporting solutions for portfolio analytics and investment management.
• Collaborate with professionals across underwriting, finance, strategy, investment, technology, analytics, and client relationship functions.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Interest in insurance, reinsurance, asset management, consulting, data analytics, technology, or financial markets.
• Intern positions are not eligible for US work authorization sponsorship.
