Product Manager (Security)

Location: Remote in the Netherlands, Spain, or United Kingdom

Salary: $210,000–$280,000 for Tier 2 or $240,000–$310,000 for Tier 1, plus equity

What you will do

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for security-focused products and features.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback sessions to guide product decisions.
• Partner with engineering, design, sales, and marketing to deliver secure, high-quality products.
• Translate security requirements into product specifications and user stories, while prioritizing the backlog and managing trade-offs.
• Lead product launches, including go-to-market activities, sales enablement, and user documentation.
• Monitor product performance and act as the internal security subject matter expert.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, including significant experience with security products or features.
• Strong knowledge of database security, networking, and identity and access management.
• Prior experience in security engineering is required.
• Experience with quality assurance processes and program management, including planning, execution, and risk management.
• Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+ are required.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience securing a data platform, database product, or real-time analytics service.
• Familiarity with ClickHouse, Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
• Experience with BYOC or private deployment models.
• Background in open source software or developer-focused products.
