Process Lead (Relocation Assistance)

Location: West Chester, Ohio, United States; onsite role with approximately 20% of time spent on the production floor and flexibility to support 24/7 operations.

Target base pay: $100,000–$148,750 per year, with actual pay depending on location, experience, qualifications, skills, and knowledge.

What you will do

• Drive standardization and continuous improvement across the Process Execution Team.
• Develop standard work for line setup, center lining, troubleshooting, process confirmation, and shift-to-shift execution.
• Use KPIs, OEE, yield, and downtime data to improve performance across lines and shifts.
• Partner with technical teams on mistake-proofing and design improvements for manufacturing lines and processes.
• Manage deviations and change controls, track quality records, and support regulatory and company standard implementation.
• Lead Genba walks, coaching, technical writing and Veeva training, problem-solving activities, and bi-weekly staff meetings.

Requirements

• Considerable experience in a GMP or otherwise regulated production environment.
• Experience in manufacturing or operations in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.
• Experience coaching and influencing others, providing feedback, and mentoring peers.
• Working knowledge of Veeva Vault, Excel, and Power BI.
• Ability to adjust shift schedules to support 24/7 operations and direct work in a project environment.
• Work authorization sponsorship, including visa sponsorship, is not available.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related science, advanced technical degree, or professional certification.
• Pharmaceutical industry experience and knowledge of change management.
• Experience with Six Sigma, analytical troubleshooting, and LEAN manufacturing.
