What you will do

• Identify high-impact AI use cases across the Credit Risk model lifecycle, includhirify.global data management, model development, validation, monitorhirify.global, and regulatory compliance.
• Design and build proof-of-concept solutions with Risk, Analytics, and Technology teams.
• Evaluate and apply Generative AI technologies, Large Language Models, Copilot solutions, and automation platforms.
• Use Python, SAS, and SQL to develop, test, and assess innovative solutions.
• Turn successful experiments into scalable solutions adopted across COO Risk.
• Advise Credit Risk stakeholders and collaborate with Risk, Analytics, Technology, Data, and Compliance teams.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Python, SAS, and SQL.
• Experience with modern AI ecosystems, includhirify.global Copilot, LLMs, and automation platforms.
• Understandhirify.global of compliant AI development in a highly regulated bankhirify.global environment.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, influence stakeholders, and drive change across complex organizations.
• Strong relationship-buildhirify.global and collaboration skills across business and technical functions.

Nice to have

• Experience in Credit Risk, risk modellhirify.global, or risk process transformation.
• Knowledge of the end-to-end credit risk model lifecycle.
• Experience deliverhirify.global AI, GenAI, or advanced analytics solutions into production.
• Experience with model governance, validation, regulatory reviews, or audit processes.
• Experience scalhirify.global proofs of concept into business solutions.
