Salary: 13,000–22,000 PLN per month

What you will do

• Identify high-impact AI use cases across the Credit Risk model lifecycle, including data management, model development, validation, monitoring, and compliance.
• Design and build proof-of-concept solutions with Risk, Analytics, and Technology teams.
• Evaluate and apply Generative AI technologies, Large Language Models, Copilot solutions, and automation platforms.
• Use Python, SAS, and SQL to develop, test, and assess innovative solutions.
• Turn successful experiments into scalable solutions adopted across COO Risk.
• Advise Credit Risk stakeholders and collaborate with Risk, Analytics, Technology, Data, and Compliance teams.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Python, SAS, and SQL.
• Experience with modern AI ecosystems, including Copilot, LLMs, and automation platforms.
• Understanding of the constraints involved in building compliant AI solutions in regulated banking.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, influence stakeholders, and drive organizational change.
• Ability to work at the Warszawa office at Pańska 97.

Nice to have

• Experience in Credit Risk, risk modelling, or risk process transformation in a regulated environment.
• Understanding of the end-to-end credit risk model lifecycle.
• Experience delivering AI, GenAI, or advanced analytics solutions to production.
• Experience with model governance, validation, regulatory reviews, or audits.
• Experience turning proofs of concept into scalable business solutions.
