Principal Device / Process Integration Engineer (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Own products from starting substrate through wafer test, including sustaining, disposition, troubleshooting, yield enhancement, and new product introduction.
• Work with Product Engineering to introduce new products into manufacturing.
• Improve yield, cost, defect levels, and product performance through process integration enhancements.
• Monitor electrical device operation for compliance with quality standards and engineering specifications.
• Lead cross-functional factory initiatives to improve manufacturing efficiency and product quality.
• Investigate and resolve factory excursions, customer returns, and real-time operational issues.

Requirements

• BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a similar science-based discipline; MS preferred.
• Technical experience in device engineering, process engineering, or a similar capacity.
• Experience with Design of Experiments and Statistical Process Control.
• Working knowledge of Excel, JMP, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong semiconductor device physics, process integration, data analysis, troubleshooting, planning, teamwork, and communication skills.
• Ability to plan, execute, analyze, and deliver projects on schedule.
