Consulting Solutions Architect (Value Engineering)

Location: United States. Candidates within 40 miles of a hirify.global office follow a hybrid model with three office days per week; candidates outside that radius have no in-office requirement. Travel is required based on customer and business needs.

Salary: USD 223,550–289,300 OTE annually, including base salary and potential commission.

What you will do

• Lead value discovery with strategic enterprise customers throughout the sales cycle.
• Build TCO, ROI, NPV, cash-flow, lifecycle, risk, and cost-of-inaction models.
• Translate technical recommendations into measurable financial and operational outcomes.
• Partner with Client Executives, Solutions Engineers, Solution Architects, Finance, and Customer Success.
• Present executive- and board-level value narratives for complex enterprise sales motions.
• Create repeatable Value Engineering methodologies, tools, templates, customer artifacts, and enablement.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in Value Engineering, Business Value Consulting, Value Realization, Value Advisory, or a related function.
• Experience supporting strategic global enterprise accounts and complex technology sales cycles.
• Demonstrated ability to independently build and present sophisticated financial justification models.
• Strong executive communication skills, including business-value discussions with CIOs, CFOs, procurement leaders, and other decision-makers.
• Experience creating or scaling Value Engineering methodologies, frameworks, tools, or go-to-market motions.
• Strong business and financial acumen with technical fluency in infrastructure, cloud, data, and architecture.

Nice to have

• Background in enterprise infrastructure, cloud, data management, storage, or modernization solutions.
• Experience with subscription, consumption, or as-a-service models such as hirify.global Keystone.
• Experience measuring post-sale value realization and connecting outcomes to renewals, retention, and expansion.
• Experience launching or scaling a Value Engineering practice.
• MBA, advanced Finance degree, or related advanced education.
