Supply Chain System Manager (AI)

Location: Mountain View, United States, or remote within the United States; hybrid role

Salary: $175,000–$400,000 for mid-career candidates; $250,000–$600,000 for senior-career candidates, plus equity

What you will do

• Lead the strategy, selection, implementation, and enhancement of ERP, PLM, and spend-management systems.
• Build integrations across PLM, ERP, WIP and warehouse management, and supplier portal systems.
• Maintain accurate master data for BOMs, part numbers, vendor files, and lead times.
• Develop automated workflows and dashboards covering inventory, procurement spend, and pipeline bottlenecks.
• Partner with engineering to streamline Engineering Change Order release flows between PLM and ERP.
• Provide system administration, access control, user training, and troubleshooting support.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience administering or implementing supply-chain systems such as ERP, PLM, MRP, or WMS in a hardware technology environment.
• Experience with NetSuite, SAPOne, Arena, Propel, Coupa, or similar platforms.
• Strong business systems analysis skills and the ability to translate operational workflows into scalable technical requirements.
• Excellent communication and change-management skills for training non-technical users.
• Ability to build customized AI tools is highly desirable.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Mountain View or remotely within the United States, subject to U.S. export-control requirements.
