Business Systems Analyst (ERP/MES)

What you will do

• Provide day-to-day support for ERP, MES, and other enterprise applications, including troubleshooting and user assistance.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define problems, and improve business processes.
• Configure, test, and deploy system enhancements and updates.
• Analyze system behavior and user feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Document processes, known issues, and solutions for knowledge sharing and scalability.
• Collaborate with Software Engineering, Product, Operations, and other cross-functional teams; support UAT and user training.

Requirements

• Foundational understanding of enterprise systems such as ERP, MES, HRIS, or similar platforms.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and translate business needs into clear problem statements.
• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Analytical mindset and interest in improving business processes through technology.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Exposure to manufacturing, supply chain, or operations environments.
• Experience with ERP, MES, WMS, PLM, or QMS systems.
• Familiarity with system configuration, data analysis, or process documentation.
• Experience integrating AI into user support workflows, including support agents or AI-assisted automation.
• Experience participating in system implementations or enhancement projects.
