Manager, AI Next Frontier for Patient Engagements (AI)

Location: Hybrid position based in Titusville, New Jersey, United States; requires up to 15% domestic travel.

Base pay: $117,000–$201,250 USD per year.

What you will do

• Lead the AI transformation and execution roadmap for patient support services across therapeutic areas.
• Identify and quantify problems across the patient journey to improve therapy initiation, adherence, and fulfillment experiences.
• Own AI/ML solutions end to end and shape the patient solution roadmap as the primary product owner.
• Collaborate with patient experience, sales and marketing, media, analytics, data science, engineering, and IT stakeholders.
• Establish measurement frameworks, track leading and lagging indicators, and conduct A/B testing.
• Partner with healthcare compliance, privacy, and legal teams to protect patient confidentiality.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in healthcare, analytics, data science, marketing, management consulting, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders, drive alignment, build relationships, and lead others.
• Hands-on experience integrating and analyzing healthcare claims, electronic health records, specialty pharmacy, SDOH/consumer, and patient hub data.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools such as Claude Code, ChatGPT, or Copilot in daily workflows, with measurable improvements in efficiency, delivery speed, or output quality.
• Experience driving adoption and sustained usage of AI solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience with predictive analytics and machine learning techniques, including supervised, unsupervised, or deep learning methods.
• Experience in advanced analytics, data visualization, econometric models, workflow analysis, or data privacy standards.
