Hedge Fund Client Support Analyst

What you will do

• Manage client inquiries and requests across investment accounting, asset classes, and financial markets.
• Provide timely and accurate information on financial statements and analytics reporting.
• Complete operational tasks including account setup, client lockdowns, compliance activities, and reconciliation validation.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to resolve issues and improve the Clearwater user experience.
• Validate investment data against third-party market data and use internal tools to reconcile investment transactions.
• Prioritize workflows using productivity and quality metrics, handle complex queries, contribute to long-term projects, and support the training and oversight of junior staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, finance, business, or a related field.
• Prior experience in finance and/or accounting.
• Strong understanding of investment accounting, financial statements, amortization, and interest income.
• Familiarity with accounting, compliance, risk, and performance reports.
• Intermediate understanding of fixed-income and equity investments; basic knowledge of alternative securities is preferred.
• Strong computer, documentation, communication, organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
