hirify.globalss="what-you-will-do">What you will do

• Manage accounting activities for multiple technology-industry clients, including software and chart-of-accounts administration.
• Coordinate accounts payable, cash disbursements, accounts receivable, cash receipts, and payroll transaction processing.
• Coordinate and review month-end account reconciliations, including prepaids, receivables, fixed assets, payables, accruals, investments, and debt.
• Prepare and review financial statements, general ledger activity, cash flow, allocations, and process documentation.
• Complete sales tax returns, Form 1099s, audit workpapers, tax return workpapers, and other client deliverables.
• Supervise Associates and Analysts and support internal audit, due diligence, system selection, and other consulting projects.

• At least 2 years of relevant accounting or financial experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; related experience, education, and training may be accepted instead.
• Experience managing multiple clients and accounting processes across daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.
• Ability to prepare and review financial statements and perform complex account reconciliations.
• Ability to oversee workflow and quality of work for Associates and Analysts.
