Accounting Senior (CAAS - Construction Industry)

hirify.globalss="what-you-will-do">What you will do

• Manage accounting operations for multiple construction-industry clients, including software, chart of accounts, and recurring workflows.
• Coordinate accounts payable, cash disbursements, accounts receivable, cash receipts, and payroll transaction processing.
• Prepare and review account reconciliations, general ledgers, cash flow, allocations, and basic to complex financial statements.
• Complete sales tax returns, Form 1099s, audit workpapers, tax return workpapers, and other client-requested filings.
• Oversee the workflow and quality of Associates and Analysts.
• Support internal audit, due diligence, system-selection, and other consultative projects.

• At least 2 years of relevant accounting and/or financial experience.
• Bachelor's degree required; related experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• Experience managing client accounting operations, reconciliations, financial statements, and month-end processes.
• Ability to review work and supervise Associates and Analysts.
