Procurement Specialist MRO

Location: Onsite in Juarez, Nuevo León, Mexico, supporting the Monterrey 3.0 site

What you will do

• Support local sourcing strategies for indirect materials and services in line with business requirements.
• Design and implement sourcing plans focused on cost, quality, delivery, reliability, and sustainability.
• Maintain SAP purchasing data, including PIRs, prices, lead times, and minimum order quantities.
• Monitor on-time delivery and support supplier performance and relationship management.
• Coordinate procurement standards, compliance activities, certificates of origin, and sustainability requirements.
• Support supplier visits and define scopes for RFQ and RFP activities with internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of professional work experience.
• Basic knowledge of indirect materials and services, including packaging, maintenance, manufacturing projects, scrap collection, conveyors, workstations, safety projects, and labels.
• Experience with RFQ and RFP execution and review, internal stakeholder communication, supply markets, logistics, and B2B operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or International Business.
• Strong oral and written English communication skills required.
