Purchasing Support - Analyst (P2P)

hirify.global Group operates a Business Services Operations shared services organization supporting procurement processes for entities and vendors across the Americas.

What you will do

• Collaborate with Procurement and Vendor Master Data teams.
• Process purchase requests and purchase orders accurately and efficiently in Coupa.
• Handle ServiceNow incidents, chat queries, vendor sourcing, and Coupa reporting.
• Provide high-quality support for basic customer queries and improve purchase order compliance with Accounts Payable and Procurement.
• Support productivity, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Participate in regional projects related to the global Purchase-to-Pay process.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a procurement role.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong Microsoft Office experience.
• Experience with SAP or another large-scale ERP system.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, quality-focused, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Fluent English and full-time availability required.
