Principal Product Manager - Agentic Seller Growth (AI)

Location: San Bruno, California, United States — 850 Cherry Ave, San Bruno Home Office

Salary: $143,000–$286,000 per year, plus performance bonuses and potential stock compensation.

What you will do

• Define and execute the vision and roadmap for AI-powered seller growth across insights, recommendations, and account-management tools.
• Combine shopper, seller, advertiser, and marketplace data into relevant, explainable, and trusted recommendations.
• Build AI tools that help account managers support more sellers with better outcomes.
• Take LLM-powered and agentic features from prototype to production and global scale.
• Measure recommendation adoption, seller retention, and GMV impact through rigorous experimentation and causal analysis.
• Align executives and cross-functional teams across Growth, Account Management, Engineering, Data Science, Advertising, Operations, and Design.

Requirements

• At least 9 years of product management experience with a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related area, or 11 years of product management or related experience.
• Experience shipping AI products, including LLM-powered or agentic capabilities, to production.
• Strong experience with experimentation, growth products, product analytics, and decision-making under ambiguity.
• Ability to translate seller needs, complex data, and technical concepts into clear product decisions and executive-level narratives.
• Seller-first experience with marketplace, merchant, advertising, B2B growth, recommendation, personalization, sales, account-management, or customer-success products is valuable.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, business administration, or a related area.
• Experience scaling products, leading experimentation programs, prototyping with AI tools, or working across multiple markets.
• Supervisory experience and knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility.
