Salary: $66,200–$128,000 annually, varying by work location and job-related factors.

What you will do

• Lead content planning decisions for assigned brands using industry seasonality, observances, and promotional calendars.
• Identify trends in high-performing content, create lookalike content, and develop new content tests.
• Manage monthly promoted social budgets, including updates, rollovers, forecasting, and budget-limit compliance.
• Coordinate budget communications with brand partners and serve as a primary project liaison.
• Analyze online conversations, target audiences, competitor communities, and social channels.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in social media management and a professional portfolio.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, digital marketing, public relations, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience overseeing and forecasting monthly paid social budgets by brand and audience.
• Experience with Adobe Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Strong relationship management skills and the ability to lead content planning decisions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a strong interest in learning.
