Talent Partner (AI)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid role with an expectation of working in the office two days per week.

What you will do

• Own full-lifecycle recruitment across Enterprise Sales, Field Alliances, CEGA, Hyperscaler Partnerships, and Field Engineering.
• Manage 8–10 concurrent requisitions across EMEA, the Americas, and APAC.
• Apply AI-augmented tools to candidate research, market mapping, personalized outreach, interview synthesis, and pipeline reporting.
• Design and implement trigger-based communications, feedback workflows, nurture cadences, and stage gates in Ashby.
• Lead hiring kick-offs, build competency scorecards, calibrate talent profiles, and run weekly pipeline reviews.
• Partner with GTM leaders, People Partners, Finance, and the wider People team on headcount planning, offers, and onboarding.

Requirements

• Full-lifecycle recruitment experience in B2B enterprise software, SaaS, or high-growth technology environments.
• Experience recruiting for complex sales and technical go-to-market roles, including enterprise account executives, field engineers, alliances, channel, and hyperscaler partnerships.
• Practical experience using AI productivity, search, or sourcing tools to improve recruiting workflows and candidate engagement.
• Ability to manage a high-volume, multi-disciplinary portfolio across global time zones and varied hiring manager expectations.
• Strong direct talent identification and passive candidate engagement skills.
• Experience managing complex compensation packages and understanding regional salary and benefits structures.
