What you will do

• Analyze, research, develop, and monitor new and existing capital-markets products and services.
• Conduct comprehensive market research and strategic analysis.

• Lead multiple related teams and allocate resources against functional objectives.
• Develop departmental business, production, and organizational plans.

Requirements

• Experience managing managers and professional staff.
• Ability to set organizational priorities and resolve complex technical, operational, and organizational problems.
• In-depth understanding of the relevant discipline and how it integrates within the broader function.
• Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders.
• Full-time availability for the Newark, New Jersey location.
