Requirements Analyst (Software)

Location: Remote from any location; U.S. Citizenship is required for the federal clearance.

What you will do

• Interview users and stakeholders to define desired software outcomes, operational requirements, application requirements, and error-handling needs.
• Document and prioritize requirements, use cases, user goals, quality standards, and design constraints in software requirements specifications.
• Create graphic models, mathematical equations, and storyboards to represent system requirements.
• Act as the primary intermediary between customers and development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Communicate test results and requirement changes, and confirm that delivered capabilities reflect end-user needs.
• Manage requirement baselines, change control, peer reviews, and final verification of functionality.

Requirements

• Moderate Risk, Confidential, Non-Critical Sensitive, Tier 3/NACLC/ANACI investigation required.
• U.S. Citizenship, a clear criminal history check, and no recent or pending bankruptcies are required for the federal clearance.
• 5+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree.
• Experience with user interviews, requirements analysis, prioritization, software requirements specifications, use cases, and non-functional requirements.
• Experience with requirements modeling, stakeholder communication, peer reviews, and reviewing system design, code, and test cases.
• Experience developing requirements management plans, managing change control, and tracking requirements through final verification.
