Project Manager

Location: Crystal City, VA / DMV Area, United States; five-day workweek with core hours 0800–1600 local

Salary: $120,000–$135,000 annually

What you will do

• Support the DISA J9 Hosting and Compute Program Management Office and coordinate day-to-day operations.
• Receive, track, and coordinate administrative tasks through completion while maintaining alignment with leadership priorities.
• Manage leadership calendars, meetings, conferences, video teleconferences, agendas, minutes, invitations, rosters, and audiovisual support.
• Prepare and coordinate formal correspondence, memoranda, read-ahead packages, reports, briefings, and multimedia presentations.
• Perform technical writing, editing, proofreading, and maintenance of electronic document repositories and informational packages.
• Facilitate communication across the HaC front office, peer organizations, senior leadership, stakeholders, and strategic communications groups while recommending process improvements.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required.
• PMP certification required; PMP-PBA or another PMP specialization is accepted.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 8 years of relevant project management experience.
• Availability for a five-day workweek and core hours from 0800–1600 local time.

Nice to have

• Experience with government Objectives and Key Results or similar federal performance management frameworks.
