AML Sanctions Advisor Senior - Robotic Process Automation (RPA)

Location: In-office in Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Philadelphia, Birmingham, Raleigh, or Tampa, United States

Base salary: $112,000–$228,800 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Identify, assess, and prioritize opportunities for robotic process automation and operational improvement.
• Translate business requirements into automated solutions with technology teams using RPA tools such as Automation Anywhere.
• Manage automation initiatives from opportunity intake and business case development through implementation and post-production support.
• Monitor bot performance, utilization, operational health, and business value.
• Analyze automation results, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate issue resolution and process enhancements.
• Support AML and sanctions governance, risk management, regulatory compliance, reporting, and monitoring activities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant industry experience, typically with a bachelor's degree or comparable combination of education and experience.
• Experience with RPA, process improvement, business analysis, or operational excellence initiatives.
• Knowledge of Automation Anywhere, process mapping, workflow analysis, and process optimization.
• Strong project or program management, requirements gathering, prioritization, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Excel, APIs, system integrations, automation architecture, Agile delivery, governance, controls, and risk management.
• Ability to support AML and sanctions programs, regulatory requirements, risk assessments, internal controls, and compliance reporting.

Nice to have

• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with Atlassian JIRA and customer risk analysis.
