Embedded Software Engineer (C/C++)

What you will do

• Design and implement secure embedded software for equipment controls and HMI interfaces.
• Support the full software development lifecycle, including specifications, design documentation, prototyping, coding, and unit testing.
• Integrate software across hardware, firmware, controls, and application engineering subsystems.
• Participate in multidisciplinary design reviews and collaborative problem-solving.
• Contribute to version-control workflows, code quality gates, and continuous engineering process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 2 years of hands-on embedded software development experience; strong recent graduates with embedded-controls internships or co-op experience may also be considered.
• Strong programming and software design skills in C and C++.
• Familiarity with Git and Jira.
• Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and ability to work in a cross-functional team.
• Ability to work on-site as required by the role's physical operational needs.
