What you will do
- Provide operational and administrative support to the Talent Manager and Head of Talent Management for Vector.
- Coordinate talent management processes and support the efficient delivery of talent programs.
- Maintain accurate talent data across multiple systems.
- Support specialists and leaders with talent management activities.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a related Human Capital or Human Resources role.
- Foundational experience in Human Capital or Human Resources.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
