Engineering Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Lead two squads of 11 engineers across the Trust Center and Questionnaire products.
• Deliver consistently against defined product roadmaps using weekly goal tracking, technical specification reviews, and clear timeline accountability.
• Partner with product and design to prioritize roadmaps, make tradeoff decisions, and shape customer-facing software.
• Participate in architecture discussions and guide sound engineering decisions without needing to write all code personally.
• Attract, develop, and retain engineers, including managing and upskilling senior individual contributors.
• Collaborate with GTM, the AI Platform team, and other partners to identify opportunities, remove blockers, and scale engineering practices.

Requirements

• 2+ years of full-time engineering management experience leading teams of 6–8+ engineers.
• Experience running high-execution teams with disciplined delivery practices and strong timeline accountability.
• Experience managing and developing senior individual contributors.
• Product engineering background building customer-facing software rather than primarily infrastructure or platform systems.
• Technical engagement in architecture discussions, specification reviews, product strategy, and long-term technical planning.
• Regular use of AI to improve workflows, with sound judgment and a high quality bar for AI-assisted work.
