Consumer Lending Ops Specialist (Auto Funder)

Location: Las Vegas, NV, United States

Salary: $18.00–$23.00 per hour, plus eligible discretionary annual cash and restricted stock unit bonus targets of 10% each.

What you will do

• Review and fund consumer automobile loan applications in line with credit decisions, approved guidelines, policy constraints, and service-level agreements.
• Complete loan-file documentation, write-ups, due diligence, background evaluations, and condition resolution before funding.
• Communicate with internal and external parties to support accurate processing and customer service.
• Prepare journal entries and reconciliations while identifying documentation or loan-file issues.
• Ensure applications and loans meet regulatory requirements and contribute to operational efficiency and key performance indicators.
• Work overtime and some Saturdays as business needs require.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in auto loan funding.
• Applied knowledge of loan funding fundamentals and standard industry practices.
• Strong organizational, mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail.
• Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Strong verbal and written English communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, work under pressure, and perform effectively in a team-based production environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with other consumer lending products, such as unsecured lending or credit cards.
