Salary: $37,400–$93,600 annualized base pay

What you will do

• Train to provide day-to-day guidance and support to defined clients.
• Learn the technical skills needed to answer client queries, maintain logs, and ensure follow-through.
• Build effective business relationships and develop an understanding of client business needs.
• Communicate support issues accurately and promptly to relevant internal departments.
• Provide support to other team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Some related work experience.
• Proficiency with PC applications such as Excel.
• Effective written and oral communication skills across organizational levels.
• Ability to perform routine analysis and gather information to resolve problems.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in an IQVIA role.
• Pharmaceutical experience.
