What you will do

• Build and grow client portfolios through relationship management, investment advice, and client service.
• Develop reporting capabilities to track operational service targets, achievements, and performance.
• Improve workflows, processes, data management, and reporting accuracy.
• Manage onboarding and termination processes for employees across regional teams.
• Lead and coach high-performing leaders and support employee development.
• Coordinate referral, partner rewards, and points-based programs.

Requirements

• In-depth understanding of mortgage and investment products.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage industry compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Experience leading and developing diverse, high-performing teams.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, adapt to urgent requests, and communicate detailed information clearly.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada and hold a valid work or study permit where applicable.
