Associate VP, Clinical Product & Strategy (Healthcare)

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $203,400–$279,800 per year.

What you will do

• Set the strategic roadmap for clinical programs supporting Medicare Advantage and Traditional Medicare populations.
• Lead programs that improve Stars performance, quality, affordability, risk adjustment accuracy, and member outcomes.
• Oversee program execution, performance management, issue resolution, pilots, and cross-functional coordination.
• Expand appropriate Home Health utilization and demonstrate network savings, member impact, and operational requirements.
• Scale interventions that reduce hospitalizations, readmissions, emergency department utilization, and other avoidable medical costs.
• Lead a team of approximately 20 associates and strengthen integration across home health, primary care, pharmacy, analytics, population health, and hirify.global.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or a related field required; a master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 10 years of progressive healthcare leadership experience.
• At least 7 years of experience leading managers and professional teams.
• Strong clinical, Medicare Advantage, value-based care, financial, and strategic leadership expertise.
• Experience building, piloting, and scaling clinical programs with measurable quality, financial, and operational outcomes.
• Strong knowledge of Stars performance, utilization, medical cost, risk adjustment, documentation, member engagement, and care management.
