2027 Engineering Co-op Student (Energy Infrastructure)

What you will do

• Support automation, control system, and operational technology projects.
• Analyze operational, process, equipment, and maintenance data to identify reliability and efficiency improvements.
• Assist with engineering studies, reporting, risk management, and reliability assessments.
• Support preventive maintenance optimization, asset integrity, equipment data management, and maintenance readiness.
• Collaborate with engineers, operators, and technical specialists on projects from planning through execution.
• Present technical findings and support continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational performance and safety.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an engineering co-op program in electrical, computer, mechanical, chemical, industrial, mechatronics, civil, or a related discipline.
• Available for a 4-month or 16-month work term starting in May 2027.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Valid driver's license and comfort working in an industrial setting for Operations team placements.
• Attention to detail, commitment to safety, independence, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
