Building Engineer (HVAC)

What you will do

• Perform preventive maintenance, necessary maintenance, and repairs for building mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Ensure building systems operate efficiently and maintain the safety of clients and properties.
• Respond to client requests, prioritize and complete work orders, and follow up to minimize downtime.
• Provide on-call coverage for after-hours and weekend emergency requests.
• Use the provided fleet vehicle to support building maintenance activities.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in building or property maintenance or engineering.
• CFC certification or the ability to obtain it.
• Working knowledge of HVAC systems and maintenance, electrical systems, plumbing, and other building mechanical equipment.
• Valid driver’s license and a clear motor vehicle record.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Required licenses based on building and jurisdictional requirements.
