Senior Sales Operations/Solutions Analyst

Location: 5550 Explorer Drive, Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. Remote work is not available.

What you will do

• Provide technical direction and project leadership for major sales-planning projects.
• Develop and analyze sales compensation programs, sales proposals, customer proposals, and sales tools.
• Apply project management, computer modeling, and statistical analysis techniques.
• Generate performance metrics to improve the customer experience.
• Support sales alignment, compensation initiatives, and organized process documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• At least four years of professional experience, including at least one year in business planning, sales planning, or financial planning.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Good understanding of hirify.global products, service features, and general operations.
• Strong problem-solving, business acumen, written, oral, and presentation skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with workflow tools such as Asana.
• Basic analytics, scripting, SQL, or Python experience.
• Basic AI or agentic design knowledge.
• Experience with sales alignment or compensation.
