Head of IAM Strategy & Risk (AI)

Location: Hybrid, three days per week at the Cincinnati, Ohio office; candidates must be US citizens or valid Green Card holders.

What you will do

• Lead product managers and identity strategists while promoting customer-centricity, measurable outcomes, and secure-by-default principles.
• Define a unified strategy for Workforce IAM, CIAM, and Cloud IAM aligned with business objectives, risk appetite, and growth plans.
• Build three-year and rolling 12–18-month roadmaps, investment cases, milestones, and M&A integration paths.
• Use AI and ML for adaptive authentication, risk scoring, bot detection, anomalous access detection, ITDR, and continuous authorization.
• Reduce identity-related risks involving privileged access, lateral movement, orphaned accounts, toxic combinations, exposed secrets, and shadow identities.
• Improve CIAM conversion through passkeys, WebAuthn, identity proofing, federated login, step-up authentication, and account recovery.

Requirements

• US citizenship or a valid Green Card is required; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
• Hybrid attendance at the Cincinnati, Ohio office is required three days per week.
• 12+ years of product management or strategy experience in IAM, security, payments, or financial services, including 6+ years leading managers and senior product managers.
• Deep expertise in CIAM, Workforce IAM, PAM, and Cloud IAM across AWS, Azure, and GCP, including multi-cloud patterns.
• Experience delivering large-scale identity platforms and applying AI/ML to security or identity problems, including responsible AI governance.
• Strong knowledge of fraud and risk systems, device intelligence, behavioral analytics, bot management, ITDR, and compliance frameworks including PCI DSS, SOX, ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR/CCPA, PSD2/SCA, and Open Banking.

Nice to have

• Experience with ForgeRock, Okta/Auth0, Microsoft Entra, Ping, CyberArk, BeyondTrust, API gateways, and service meshes.
• Knowledge of risk and fraud platforms, device intelligence, bot management, data lakes, and experimentation platforms.
• Experience with OPA/Rego, Cedar, AWS Secrets Manager, HashiCorp Vault, and identity data pipelines.
• Identity management certifications such as CISSP, CISM, IAM, or CISPP.
