Service Operations Data Analytics Specialist (Energy)

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and optimize operational dashboards and reports in Tableau and Power BI.
• Analyze complex datasets and prepare actionable insights and executive summaries for Central Operations leadership.
• Use Snowflake and SQL to access, manage, and analyze data from multiple business systems.
• Build and maintain automated ETL workflows in Alteryx for data collection, preparation, and recurring reporting.
• Validate data integrity across Snowflake, Salesforce, and other service operations systems while documenting reporting standards.
• Partner with operations, IT, and global data teams on process improvement, data governance, customer satisfaction, and business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, operations reporting, or business intelligence, preferably in service operations or the energy sector.
• Advanced experience with Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake, SQL, and Alteryx ETL workflows.
• Experience with Salesforce reporting, KPI development, statistical analysis, trend forecasting, process mapping, and continuous improvement.
• Strong stakeholder management, executive presentation, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• U.S. work authorization is required; current or future employer-sponsored work authorization is not supported.

Nice to have
