Data Analyst 3, Supply Chain Inventory (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Build, maintain, and evolve Looker dashboards and self-service analytics tools for merchandising operations, inbound flow, replenishment, and supplier compliance.
• Translate stakeholder questions into reliable analytical outputs and present findings to business partners and operational leadership.
• Own BigQuery queries and data models supporting accurate, scalable, and reusable inventory reporting.
• Build and maintain Python and Airflow pipelines with validation, monitoring, and workflow automation.
• Support migration from legacy reporting systems to Looker, BigQuery, and newer platform tools.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Insights, and Technology teams while applying AI-assisted tools such as Claude Code and Claude Desktop.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of data analytics experience and the ability to deliver business-critical analytics independently.
• Advanced SQL skills with hands-on BigQuery experience, including data warehousing, dimensional modeling, and query construction.
• Experience building data pipelines and automation in Python, with hands-on Airflow experience for scheduling and orchestration.
• Proficiency with a leading visualization tool, preferably Looker, and operational dashboarding best practices.
• Strong understanding of inventory flow, supplier performance, replenishment, and operational business impacts, plus strong communication skills.

Nice to have

• Supply chain experience in retail or consumer goods.
• Familiarity with inbound operations, inventory, replenishment, or supplier compliance.
