What you will do

• Analyze business and data requirements and develop data models, business rules, governance, lineage, metadata, and reporting elements.
• Design and implement complex business information management frameworks, repositories, warehouses, marts, and data movement processes.
• Develop data preparation frameworks, data features, data mapping, transformation, and ETL solutions for analytics and data science use cases.
• Perform data profiling, quality assessments, lifecycle management, and root-cause investigations for data issues.
• Collaborate with technology, business, and project partners to resolve issues, meet SLAs, and align solutions with enterprise data standards.
• Provide expert guidance, mentoring, knowledge transfer, and strategic advice on data management and risk mitigation.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or technical certificate.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in business administration, statistics, mathematics, science, or finance.
• Advanced knowledge of data sources, analytical tools, reporting methods, and business information management.
• Expert analytical, problem-solving, communication, judgment, and prioritization skills.
• Experience working independently and collaboratively, mentoring others, handling confidential information, and advising senior leadership.
• Ability to work in Mount Laurel, New Jersey, United States of America.

Nice to have

• Moderate-to-advanced data management knowledge.
• Experience with Jira, Alteryx, SQL, or Databricks.
• Understanding of complex data architectures.
• Strong attention to detail and independent, analytical thinking.
