Sales Assistant

Location: Remote - United States; a flexible hybrid approach may apply based on the role and personal preference.

Base salary: $70,000–$80,000 per year.

What you will do

• Provide administrative, operational, reporting, and project support to strategic distribution and IFN operations leadership.
• Support marketing activities, meetings, events, field engagement, and distribution initiatives.
• Manage databases, reporting processes, business tracking, and data quality across multiple systems.
• Identify reporting opportunities and apply AI and emerging technologies to improve workflow efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Prepare presentations, coordinate schedules and travel, track expenses, and support leadership and field-office meetings.
• Coordinate vendor payments, employee onboarding, department events, and cross-functional projects.

Requirements

• Five to seven years of relevant administrative, operational, sales support, or financial services experience preferred.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, project management, problem-solving, judgment, and follow-through.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and collaborate with leaders, employees, field partners, and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, with advanced PowerPoint skills required.
• Strong understanding of AI tools and capabilities, with willingness to build and apply AI agents for reporting and workflow improvement.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree and financial services experience are preferred.

• General knowledge of life insurance products and life insurance and annuity distribution.
• Experience managing multiple CRM or business databases.
• Bachelor’s degree and relevant professional licenses or designations.
