Manufacturing Engineer (Temporary) (Automotive Manufacturing)

Location: Toluca, Mexico; 100% on-site with rotating shifts under a 5x2 schedule and 10-hour shifts

What you will do

• Support SORs and project management for tools, stations, and manufacturing technologies.
• Define manufacturing processes and sequences of operations.
• Consider human factors and develop efficient material-flow solutions.
• Support the design, construction, integration, plant installation, launch, and continuous improvement of equipment and tools.
• Provide technical direction and oversight to external vendors.
• Participate in the development and testing of advanced process technology.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least one year of experience in a similar role.
• Intermediate conversational English with the ability to clearly express complete technical ideas.
• Knowledge of PFMEA and Control Plans.
• Basic knowledge of GMS and technical knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Availability for full-time on-site work in Toluca and rotating 10-hour shifts on a 5x2 schedule is required.
