Trilingual Senior Recruiter (Pharmaceutical)

Location: Santo Amaro, São Paulo, Brazil; hybrid arrangement with onsite attendance 2–3 times per week.

What you will do

• Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers and define position specifications using market data.
• Develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies with internal stakeholders.
• Evaluate candidates, build talent pipelines, and present strong candidate slates.
• Maintain candidate engagement through timely progress updates throughout the recruitment process.
• Partner with hiring leaders on offer details using compensation guidelines and market data.
• Mentor recruiters and other team members while providing consultative talent acquisition expertise.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Significant recruiting experience with demonstrated success in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting.
• Advanced English and advanced Spanish required.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and social media recruitment tools.
• Knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and talent acquisition metrics.
• Previous pharmaceutical-industry recruiting experience is preferred.
