What you will do
- Support recruiters and hiring managers with job postings, interview scheduling, interviewer debriefs, and candidate follow-ups.
- Use GoodTime to accelerate hiring timelines, collect candidate feedback, and coordinate interviews.
- Participate in intake meetings to align on hiring needs and role requirements.
- Prepare and send accurate written offer letters.
- Host virtual interviews and provide an organized, positive candidate experience.
Requirements
- Must be based in Brazil for this full-time remote position.
- 1–2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR support, or a similar role.
- Strong judgment, attention to detail, organization, communication, and multitasking skills.
- English fluency required.
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS, Ashby ATS, Codility, GoodTime, and HireRight.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, plus the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
