Field Deployment Project Manager (IoT)

Location: United States; remote role with frequent travel to hospital sites

What you will do

• Plan hospital deployments end-to-end, including site plans, milestones, dependencies, checklists, and schedules.
• Lead standups and coordinate contractors, facilities and biomedical teams, hospital IT, vendors, and installation crews.
• Manage site surveys, cabling, mounting, labeling, inventory, access, permits, and environmental health and safety requirements.
• Pre-stage devices, perform commissioning and functional testing, document results, and close punch-list items.
• Manage risks, change orders, SOW scope, project budgets, vendor SLAs, and professional services margins.
• Produce as-builts, acceptance documentation, and handoffs to Support and Customer Success, including 30–60–90-day stabilization checks.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience managing field deployments or customer implementations in IoT, RTLS, or enterprise software.
• Experience in healthcare delivery environments, including facilities, biomedical operations, infection control, or EHS.
• Experience coordinating contractors and vendors and scheduling multi-site deployments.
• Hands-on experience with RTLS, BLE, IoT deployments, device commissioning, RMA, and inventory processes.
• Experience with Zendesk and Wrike, plus strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel frequently to hospital sites.

Nice to have

• Ability to read floor plans and create as-builts using Visio, CAD, or Bluebeam.
• PMP, PRINCE2, OSHA-10/30, BICSI, Prosci, or similar certification.
